What does it really take to have a happy and successful life?
It turns out that success and happiness DON’T happen by luck or chance. Certain things, if you do them, are proven to improve the likelihood you will experience more success and happiness.
That’s great news because it gives us the power to improve our own lives!
The problem is that most people don’t know what these things are because nobody ever taught them. That’s a HUGE problem because you can’t master what you lack awareness of.
We are on a mission to change that for you and young people around the world.
The fact is, lots of little things combine to determine the quality of your life. You need to know what these things are if you want to take control of your life and have a brilliant future.
For example, we know that school grades are important. But other things are equally important and have a massive impact on your future too.
Do you know what’s proven to increase success and happiness?
Some teenagers have been brain washed into thinking that if they just work hard in school and get good grades then everything will be okay. But that’s out of date thinking.
Hard work isn’t enough. It’s foolish to think you’ll increase your Maths grades just by doing more Maths lessons.
Other factors are proven to affect your level of performance and results, including whether you have a mentor who regularly encourages you, your mindset, your level of hydration, your nutrition, your sleep patterns, your resilience…

What do you need to do to increase your success and happiness?
Obviously, you need to know where you are on a map before you can create an effective plan of how to get from where you are to where you want to be.
The same is true in life, isn’t it?
You need to know where you are in your life and how well you’re doing at the things proven to increase success and happiness before you can create an effective plan that will help you get the life you want.
It’s all about working smarter, not harder. Just imagine how much failure and embarrassment you’ll avoid when you know what’s proven to work.
There is another way…
The alternative option is to have what we call the “lottery approach”to life where you blindly wish that things will improve but you don’t actually work on the things that are proven to increase success and happiness.
This involves avoiding responsibility for your future and waiting for others to do things for you. You might know people who give up their personal power to shape their own lives and wait for their parents, teachers, the government or someone else to fix things.
Of course, this rarely happens because we aren’t living in a Disney movie. This is reality where we have to do things for yourself to make your life the way we want it. It’s up to you to solve your problems and make your dreams come true.
There is a BIG downside…
This lottery approach to making things better might work for a tiny minority, but the truth is the chances of success are miniscule. You may as well wait for a unicorn to come along and sprinkle some fairy dust that will make everything perfect!
It’s a 14,000,000 to 1 chance of winning the lottery. The odds are appalling. Apparently you’re more likely to be killed by a bus or struck by lightening twice!
We don’t like those odds of success. We prefer to take the evidence-based approach because it means we’re stacking the odds of success in your favour and put your future in our own hands.

Nobody can ever guarantee you success and happiness, but there are the 6 steps you can take to significantly increase the probability that you’ll have a fantastic future:
- Learn about the things are proven to create more success and happiness.
- Raise your awareness of how well you are doing at these things in your own life.
- Celebrate and reward yourself for the things you are doing well.
- Develop a personalised plan to improve the things that can be improved.
- Take action to improve.
- Regularly reflect on your progress and repeat the process.
